Garden Explorers Club gives kids ages 5–12 a hands-on, four-week gardening adventure at The After School Scholar in Lutz. Children care for the butterfly garden and observe pollinators, plant basil and practice gentle watering, sow carrot seeds and make garden markers, and plant lettuce while checking on their growing garden. Butterfly garden care continues every week.
When: Mondays in October, 4:30–5:30 PM (October 5, 12, 19 and 26).
