Advantage Real Estate Services is incredible. Linda Ruhlig is my property manager and she has been absolutely super from the beginning. I can't even begin to describe how wonderful this company and our agent, Linda Ruhlig, were. When we bought our house, we had some pretty serious challenges. We were VERY short on time (due to our lease not being renewed unexpectedly as our rental was listed for sale), short on money, and long on wish list. Linda did absolutely everything in her power to find us a wonderful home. She was always available when we needed her, was extremely attentive to our needs and desires, and, since this was our first buying experience, fully and completely explained everything to us so that we never felt like we didn't know what was going on. Despite our challenges, she stuck with us every step of the way and ultimately found us an adorable house with a water view. In a few years, we're planning to sell and buy a house closer to where we work. When that time comes, we ABSOLUTELY want Linda to sell this home for us and help us find our next home. She's absolutely amazing and I would very highly recommend her to anyone.
Linda Ruhlig did an excellent job selling our home. She did many Open Houses for us. She was very quick at returning phone calls and emails. She helped us all the way from listing the house to the closing. I would highly recommend Linda. She did an Excellent job.
